Sixth Grade Science is a collection of Earth Science and Environmental Science.

6th Grade Science at JBMS has a variety of topics being taught.  Students will be exposed to Inside Earth which includes layers of the earth, volcanoes, and earthquakes.  We will then move into environmental science where we will explore predator/prey adaptations, how to study organisms, biotic and abiotic factors.  Lastly, we will delve into Earth's waters where we will look at the properties of water, fresh water and salt water wetlands, watersheds, and trout in the classroom.
